Configuration Analyst

We are looking for a team player to fill the Configuration Analyst position in a dynamic international project from telco industry.

• Create and maintain catalog items (pricing plans, offers, billing rules).
• Configure rating/tariffs, billing cycles, treatment/collections, taxation and charging flows.
• Work on customer journeys (Explore / Buy / Use / Bill / Pay).
• Support SIT/UAT, resolve configuration defects, review test plans.
• Participate in grooming, estimation, and Agile ceremonies.
• Support deployments and in-life operations when needed.

• Strong understanding of telecom billing processes.
• Experience in rating, charging, catalog management, customer care or CRM/BSS flows.
• Understanding of roaming, MNP, mediation or invoicing is a plus.
• 4–6 years in telecom/BSS configuration roles.
• Ability to analyze requirements and translate them into system configurations.
