• Collaborate with core business lines, including Product, Spot Trading, Derivatives, and Wealth Management, to receive, coordinate, and execute platform operations–related requirements; ensure effective internal communication, timely delivery, and tangible results.
• Manage and maintain daily operational configurations of the trading platform, including parameter settings, announcement configurations, trading rules, and feature toggles, ensuring smooth and compliant platform operations.
• Follow up on trading-related feature updates, rule changes, and release processes, ensuring configuration accuracy, timely execution, and controlled operational risk.
• Monitor the stability and operational data of the platform on a daily basis, proactively identify anomalies, and drive issue resolution to ensure stable and reliable platform performance.

• Strong cross-functional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams
• High level of execution and follow-up capability, strong attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple parallel tasks
• Basic understanding of or experience in the Crypto / Web3 / digital asset industry is a strong plus
• Overseas background (international education, overseas work experience, or long-term collaboration with global teams) is preferred
• Experience in platform operations, product operations, or project management is a plus
• Able to converse in English and Chinese
