We're hiring a Business Consultant - Telcom Billing at ITMAGINATION, join our team of 400+ developers, analysts and testers! Through the readily set up, comprehensive, and self-governing teams, we let our Clients focus on their business while we make sure that their software products and data tools scale up accordingly and with outstanding quality.
We are looking for a team player to fill Business Consultant - Telcom Billing position in a dynamic international project from telco industry.
Responsibilities- Lead business discovery sessions with the client to understand pain points and define business requirements.
- Design business configurations and workflows supporting digital monetization and billing processes.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Guide the client toward best practices and optimal use of the platform, avoiding unnecessary customizations.
- Conduct workshops, document user-centered requirements and workflow diagrams.
- Support solution blueprint creation in collaboration with Solution Architects.
- Lead enhancement intake, manage scope changes and service request processes.
- Support UAT and end-to-end testing activities when required.
- Prepare documentation (validation procedures, maintenance plans, deactivation plans).
- Ensure proposed solutions align with product capabilities and customer goals.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Occasional travel (up to 20%).
- 10+ years in telecom billing / BSS consulting.
- Strong domain knowledge: rating, charging, billing cycles, catalog, customer care.
- Experience in large-scale telecom transformation projects.
- Strong workshop facilitation and client-facing communication.
- Ability to translate requirements into functional designs.
- Experience working in Agile / SAFe environments.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Remote work mode (with occasional travel - up to 20%)
