We are looking for a Marketing Analytics Lead to build and scale the marketing analytics function in a fast-growing international environment.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys combining hands-on analytics, experimentation, attribution modeling, and team leadership. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, BI, and Leadership teams to drive data-informed decisions and unlock growth opportunities across multiple markets and acquisition channels.
What You'll Do- Lead the marketing analytics function and manage a team of analysts
- Define priorities, analytical frameworks, and reporting standards
- Evaluate performance across brands, countries, regions, and acquisition channels
- Design, execute, and analyze marketing experiments from hypothesis to business recommendations
- Develop and improve attribution methodologies, including multi-touch attribution (MTA)
- Partner with BI teams to automate reporting and build scalable dashboards
- Analyze data from Google Ads, Meta, Tik Tok, Apps Flyer, GA4, and internal platforms
- Identify growth opportunities and optimize user acquisition funnels
- Present actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders
- 4+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Growth Analytics, or Performance Marketing Analytics
- Previous experience leading analysts or mentoring team members
- Deep understanding of user acquisition, attribution, and marketing performance metrics
- Hands-on experience with Apps Flyer, GA4, or similar marketing analytics platforms
- Strong knowledge of experimentation, A/B testing, and causal inference methods
- Ability to translate complex analysis into clear business decisions
- Fluent English and Russian
- Experience with MTA, MMM, incrementality testing, or attribution modeling
- Experience working in high-growth B2C, iGaming, subscription, mobile, e-commerce, or digital product environments
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or other BI tools
- Opportunity to shape the marketing analytics function and influence strategic decisions
