We are looking for a Business Analyst with hands‑on experience specifically in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
The role involves active communication with the client, requirements gathering, and participation in the development of CRM and marketing automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and analyze business and technical requirements
- Communicate with clients and internal teams
- Define and manage project scope

- Participate in acceptance testing
- Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Coordinate stakeholder expectations
- Ensure solutions align with business goals
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Understanding of software development processes
- Strong system and business analysis skills
- Experience with CRM integrations:
- Salesforce CRM
- Salesforce ERP
- third‑party integrations
- Experience working with requirements documentation
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with acceptance testing
- Experience working with enterprise CRM ecosystems
