Fluent/professional English, written and verbal## About the Role The Head of Managed Infrastructure within SPI owns the strategy, governance, and operating standards for managed cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS. The role defines architecture principles, security and compliance guardrails, and cloud cost targets to support stable, scalable operations.

This position leads a team of engineers and represents managed infrastructure across regions, CoEs, and customers. Its focus is to improve reliability, increase cost transparency, and support long-term sustainability.##

Key Responsibilities – Define and maintain cloud architecture standards, principles, and guardrails for Azure and AWS.  – Own the reliability and performance of managed cloud environments, including monitoring, alerting, and incident reduction.  – Drive automation through infrastructure-as-code, standardized workflows, and AI-assisted operations.  – Own security and compliance guardrails and serve as the accountable owner during ISO 27001 audits and customer assessments.  

– Manage cloud cost targets, reporting, and optimization, and embed Fin Ops practices into operations.  – Represent managed infrastructure in stakeholder, customer, escalation, and audit discussions.  – Lead and develop a team of engineers, including role shaping, mentoring, and cultural and organizational transformation.## Required Skills– Fluent, professional English, both written and verbal.  – Valid working visa for the EU/UK.## Cloud Platforms & Technologies–   Cloud Providers:
