SAP Business Analyst S4C Fleet URR Job Union area,New Jersey USA,IT/Tech

Develop deep knowledge of Fleet Management business processes and act as the subject matter expert for the assigned URR product area
Requirements & Process Design
- Identify business gaps, define functional requirements, and translate business needs into scalable end-to-end solutions
Create and refine user stories and acceptance criteria while supporting roadmap planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization
Solution Design & Configuration
- Contribute to solution architecture, integrations, and system dependencies, performing SAP configuration where required
Testing & Quality
- Plan and coordinate testing activities, including test strategy, test cases, test matrices, defect management, and go-live validation
Data Migration & Releases
- Support data migration, coordinate product releases and rollouts, and perform readiness and deployment activities
Production Support
- Investigate incidents, defects, and production issues, handle Service Now tickets, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams
Product Optimization
- Monitor solution usage and user feedback, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement and product innovation

Requirements

SAP Functional Experience
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an SAP Functional Consultant or Business Analyst with strong hands-on SAP SD expertise
S/4

HANA Public Cloud
- Strong experience working with SAP S/4
  
  HANA Public Cloud and related solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities
O2C & Solution Order Management
- Proven experience with Order-to-Cash processes, including Solution Order Management in SAP S/4
  
  HANA Public Cloud
Requirements & Solution Design
- Strong experience analysing requirements and translating complex business needs into practical functional solutions
Agile Product Delivery
- Experience with Agile methodologies, product-centric delivery, backlog management, roadmap planning, and end-to-end product lifecycle support
SAP Integration & Data
- Familiarity with integration concepts, data migration activities, system dependencies, and release management within SAP landscapes
Stakeholder Management
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams, influence decisions, facilitate discussions, and collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and IT teams
Ownership & Communication
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, solve complex problems, and communicate effectively in written and spoken English
