• Accept calls and respond to Dispatch or members with ETA to destination. Locates members and greets them, handling emotional states such as calm‑downs, reassurance, and advice to fearful or anxious members.
• Provide efficient minor mechanical assistance and towing service: diagnose probable causes, give battery boost, and tow vehicles according to AAA policies, the towing manual, and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain AAA’s high standard of service and image: keep the service vehicle and equipment safe and functional, manage tool and product inventory, follow traffic and safety laws, and preserve a professional image that positively represents AAA.
• Promote AAA products and services: educate members on AAA battery replacement, refer calls to appropriate technicians, and assist members in reaching their intended destinations.
• Work independently with minimal face‑to‑face contact, adapt to a variety of shifts covering a 24/7 operation, and operate under pressure in busy circumstances with various traffic, weather, and vehicle dynamics.
• Other duties may be assigned.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 21 years of age required.
• Post‑secondary training in automotive mechanics and familiarity with electrical troubleshooting required.
• Active and valid driver’s license issued by only one state or jurisdiction.
• DOT card pre‑hire and current employment within 1 year required.
• Satisfactorily pass a motor vehicle record check during pre‑hire screening and periodically during employment.

Hourly pay range is $21.50 - $25.75. Base pay may vary by knowledge, skills, shift differentials, and experience. Annual bonuses and incentives are offered. Employees may participate in medical, dental, vision, wellness, financial (401k match 6%), and other benefits.

• Additional $2.75 per hour overnight shift differential for hours between 10pm and 6am.
• Additional $1.75 per hour evening shift differential for hours between 6pm and 10pm.
• Additional $1 per hour shift differential for weekend hours.
• Differentials can be combined.

Monday, Wednesday - Saturday 2:30 pm - 11:00 pm.
