Hours: 24 hours per week, 1st shift - flexible on days and hours.

Must have valid driver's license

Position Overview: Part-time position, performing general maintenance and cleaning duties at all sites as determined by supervisor. Individual will be expected to work within a team concept.

Essential Job Functions Responsibilities: Part‑time position, performing general maintenance and cleaning duties at all sites as determined by supervisor. Individual will be expected to work within a team concept.

• Support maintenance staff with any basic repairs at identified Bridgeway sites.
• Maintenance duties to include light carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting and sheet‑rock/spackle repairs.
• Cleaning duties to include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, buffing, stripping and waxing floors and steam‑clean carpets. Cover other team members as needed for coverage.

• Familiarizes self with the formal and informal departmental goals, standards, policies and procedures which may include some familiarity of other departments within the agency.

• On a regular and continuous basis, exercises sound judgment and assumes responsibility for decisions, consequences and results having an impact on people, costs and/or quality of service within the functional area.

• High School diploma or GED preferred.

• General Maintenance and cleaning experience a plus… Any time associated with experience.

• Valid driving license preferred.
• No more than one moving violations in the past 12 months.
• Vehicle may be required.
