This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kenilworth, NJ for a Strategy & Operations Project Manager. The role involves planning, managing, and overseeing operational and strategic projects to ensure they align with company goals. Key responsibilities include operations coordination, communicating effectively with team members, process optimization, and ensuring project deliverables meet established timelines and objectives.

• Strong analytical skills to assess processes, identify trends, and solve complex challenges
• Proficiency in Operations Management, with the ability to oversee and execute projects efficiently
• ERP Implementation
• Maintain and Oversee daily and weekly project schedules to ensure timely execution and delivery
• Identify operational bottlenecks and drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and workflow
• Proactively account for attrition trends, holiday schedules, seasonal fluctuations, unit size variability, and project timelines to maintain operational efficiency and service levels
• Lead and manage a team of Project Coordinators
• Be able to manage multiple ongoing projects with set deadlines
• Strategic initiative and execution
• A goal-oriented mindset with an ability to adapt to challenges and deliver results

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
