As a Restoration Supervisor, you'll be the face of SERVPRO's Here to Help® commitment. Your leadership and expertise will be critical in ensuring our customers receive the highest quality service.

Lead, coordinate, and perform restoration projects (Water, Fire, Mold & Specialized Cleaning), ensuring they’re completed on time and within scope.

• Manage and support restoration technicians and other labor forces while maintaining a positive team culture.
• Communicate progress and updates to customers, ensuring satisfaction and a seamless experience.
• Ensure proper documentation of all projects, including equipment usage and progress tracking.
• Oversee safety protocols to ensure compliance on all job sites.

The Restoration Supervisor oversees and performs production processes, including demolition and mitigation, to fulfill the service needs of individual commercial and residential restoration projects. By providing quality, consistent, efficient work, this role represents the best in the cleanup and restoration industry. As a valued employee, you will receive various opportunities to learn and grow. Training and development programs are available, which can include additional industry certifications.

• Experience
  : MANDATORY 3+ years in the restoration field.
• IICRC Certified
  : MANDATORY IICRC Certified in WRT and ASD.
• Leadership
  :
  Ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
• Physical Capability
  :
  Comfortable with physical tasks, including lifting 50+ pounds, climbing ladders, and working in tight spaces.

  : will communicate with customer, clients, Servpro teams effectively.

  Experienced use of technology.
• Commutable

  Lives within 30 minutes commute to our office.

• Must hold a valid NJ State Driver's License in Good Standing.
• We provide ongoing development training.
• Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM with rotating on call duties.
  • Will require hours outside of normal schedule based on business needs.
• Construction experience is a PLUS.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Ability to effectively manage a worksite and crew, including acting as a liaison between customers and Production Techs.
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to work with/around cleaning products.
