As a Manager at Pet Well Clinic
- Union, you’ll play a key role in overseeing our operations and ensuring that we deliver the best possible experience for our clients and their pets. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Achieving budgeted financial goals and profitability
• Supervising and supporting team members to maintain a high standard of service.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handling scheduling, inventory management, and other administrative tasks.
• Addressing client inquiries or concerns with professionalism and care.
• Collaborating with the team to create a welcoming and supportive environment for both clients and staff.
• Marketing on social media and establishing community partnerships and participastores, ting and finding events. Visiting other Veterinarians, pet related businesses etc
• Must be able to have strong time management skills and be a self starter
• Will be required to report to COO on responsibilities 2-3 times per week

To thrive in this role, you should bring the following:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a management or leadership role.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
