The Salvation Army NJ Division seeks a Donor Relations Specialist to design and implement a mid-level donor program that identifies, qualifies, cultivates, solicits, and steward mid-level donors to retain and upgrade gifts.
You will manage a portfolio of up to 450 donors, conduct personalized outreach (in person and virtual), analyze donor data in Salesforce, and collaborate with Marketing to drive targeted campaigns while representing TSA with professionalism and impact.
