Mercy-GoHealth Urgent Care is seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants for full‑time roles in the Union area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare environment, delivering high‑quality patient care in state‑of‑the‑art centers.

• Daily Volume Bonus:
  Paid monthly based on patient visit metrics met per shift.
• Quarterly Bonus:
  Earn up to 5% of clinical base salary based on customer satisfaction scores and quality measures.

• Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants:
  Minimum 18 months full‑time experience in an Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine setting (required).
• Experience treating both pediatric and adult patient populations (required).
• Comfortable performing minor procedures (sutures, casts, splints, etc.) and preliminary reads on EKGs and X‑rays (required).
• Physician Assistants:
  Master’s degree and NCCPA certification required.
• Nurse Practitioners:
  Master’s degree and appropriate certification (AANC or AANP) required.
