LPN Part time

Union Post Acute is a long‑term care and rehabilitation community located in Union, South Carolina, just a short distance from Spartanburg. Our home‑like environment serves residents in assisted living and skilled nursing buildings.

We are looking to expand our team of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide the highest level of care for our residents.

• $25–30.75 per hour
• Days or nights (12‑hour shifts)

The LPN provides direct nursing care to residents and supervises the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by certified nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations and facility policies.

• Valid license to practice in South Carolina
• Nursing degree from an accredited college/university
• Current CPR certification
• Experience with PCC preferred
• Compassion and desire to provide high‑quality care to residents
• Available to work every other weekend
• Authorized to work in the USA
