BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Union and Essex County Teams providing care to adult and pediatric clients on weekends in the comfort of their homes.

As an LPN in our Weekend Program, you will provide personalized, one-on-one care while making a lasting impact on the lives of clients and their families. Instead of caring for multiple patients at once, you will focus on one client, build meaningful relationships, and deliver the high‑quality care they deserve.

We work with your availability to match you with ongoing cases that fit your needs, ensuring continuity for our clients while giving our nurses the flexibility and support they deserve.

• Commit to one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week
• Minimum of 3 weekend shifts per month required
• Shifts must be at least 8 hours to qualify
• Eligible nurses receive an additional 2 hours of pay for each qualifying weekend shift (e.g., an 8‑hour shift paid as 10 hours)

• Traditional shifts: 8s, 10s, or 12s

• Provide skilled nursing care following physician orders
• Monitor and assess client conditions
• Document care using electronic charting (Statewise)

Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

$33–$35 per hour. No minimum hours required. Full‑time, part‑time, or per diem available.
