Registered Nurse; RN Unit Manager

Cornell Care & Rehabilitation Center managed by Autumn Lake Healthcare is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager to join our team in Union.

As a Registered Nurse Unit Manager, you will provide leadership and clinical oversight for your unit, support nursing staff, and help ensure the highest level of care and service for our residents. • Provide leadership and supervision to nursing staff and healthcare professionals
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized resident care plans
• Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and facility regulations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive resident outcomes
• Monitor clinical performance, documentation, and quality measures
• Support and foster a positive team‑oriented environment
• Assist with staff education, guidance, and clinical support
• Participate in on‑call rotation as needed

• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License required
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience required
• Previous Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager experience preferred
