Emergency Department Registered Nurse

Responsible for delivering urgent, compassionate care to a diverse patient population.

• Performing rapid, accurate patient assessments based on clinical urgency
• Administering emergency medications, managing IV lines, and executing life‑saving interventions under pressure
• Managing care for assigned ED beds in collaboration with physicians and staff, anticipating patient needs
• Partnering with multidisciplinary teams during rounds for seamless, timely care
• Promoting trust through bedside reports, patient education, and compassionate communication
• Championing evidence‑based practices and quality improvement initiatives

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program; BSN preferred
• Active, unrestricted NY RN license
• Current ACLS, PALS, and stroke certifications or willingness to obtain
• Excellent clinical judgment, problem‑solving skills, and ability to remain calm in emergencies
