Job Summary

Brand Representative for Dell in Market – Dell FSM – Union, NJ. Responsibilities include building relationships, promoting Dell products, maintaining brand standards, engaging customers and training store personnel.

Responsibilities
  • Work Tuesday–Saturday with a flexible schedule.
  • Refresh product displays quarterly.
  • Earn incentives based on sales goal performance.
  • Build partnerships and trust with stakeholders in stores.
  • Educate retail associates on latest Dell offerings.
  • Inspect maintain Dell retail brand standards.
  • Travel within assigned territory to visit retailers.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 6+ months previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or technical/wireless products.
  • 6+ months of successful training experience in direct marketing/retail environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Consultative selling ability that overcomes objections and connects to customer needs.
  • Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation.
  • Strong multi‑tasking, time‑management and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment.
  • Travel within 70 miles of Ideal Market Zip Code with occasional travel to other markets.
  • Must have reliable transportation and required auto insurance.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $19.50 per hour (market adjustment).
  • Weekly pay with next‑day on‑demand pay via Daily Pay.
  • Annual incentive up to $4,000 paid quarterly.

  • Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals.

  • Maintain brand merchandising and standards.
  • Maintain documentation for each visit.
