Job Summary
Brand Representative for Dell in Market – Dell FSM – Union, NJ. Responsibilities include building relationships, promoting Dell products, maintaining brand standards, engaging customers and training store personnel.
Responsibilities- Work Tuesday–Saturday with a flexible schedule.
- Refresh product displays quarterly.
- Earn incentives based on sales goal performance.
- Build partnerships and trust with stakeholders in stores.
- Educate retail associates on latest Dell offerings.
- Inspect maintain Dell retail brand standards.
- Travel within assigned territory to visit retailers.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 6+ months previous retail selling experience in consumer electronics or technical/wireless products.
- 6+ months of successful training experience in direct marketing/retail environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Consultative selling ability that overcomes objections and connects to customer needs.
- Strong analytical skills and customer service orientation.
- Strong multi‑tasking, time‑management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment.
- Travel within 70 miles of Ideal Market Zip Code with occasional travel to other markets.
- Must have reliable transportation and required auto insurance.
- $19.50 per hour (market adjustment).
- Weekly pay with next‑day on‑demand pay via Daily Pay.
- Annual incentive up to $4,000 paid quarterly.
- Paid virtual training, benefits, and 401(k).
- Company‑provided Dell PC device after orientation.
- Paid travel time and mileage, paid time off.
- $30/month cell‑phone reimbursement.

- Meet or exceed weekly in‑store time goals.
- Visit multiple store locations daily and weekly.
- Schedule store visits two weeks or more in advance.

- Maintain documentation for each visit.
