Asset Protection Customer Host

Shift times: 8:00 am – 11:00 am or 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm.

This role focuses on greeting, helping, and thanking customers at store entrances, preventing loss, verifying purchases, assisting with returns, and maintaining a safe and secure entrance area.

You will be the primary ambassador for Walmart, ensuring customers feel welcomed and valued. Your duties include scanning items, explaining prices, bagging items, handling cash transactions, and keeping your area clean and organized. During peak times you may juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Smile, greet, and thank customers with a positive attitude
• Check out customers quickly and accurately, standing for long periods
• Keep your checkout area clean and presentable
• Answer customer questions and assist with their needs
• Assist associates across the store as needed

• Provide a great first and last impression for customers
• Gather carts from the parking lot and transport them to the store
• Operate equipment to move carts inside the store
• Clean restrooms, sales floor, and parking lot as needed
• Maintain a positive attitude in all weather conditions
