Magnolia Home Remodeling Group is a well known and firmly established family owned and operated home remodeling company seeking to fill an outside sales position for both Interior and Exterior Remodeling out of our Union NJ office. This is a full-time W-2 outside sales position, and your role will be to develop relationships with pre-qualified prospective and existing customers. We have QUALITY LEADS and will provide training to ensure a successful and prosperous position! You do not have to generate your own leads. Prior to your first interaction with prospective customers, 75% of the prep has been done for you.
We have a rigorous qualification process that ensures we are putting our sales reps are in position to succeed. Our compensation plan rewards performance with a base salary and strong commission rates and the opportunity for attainable performance bonuses. you will earn! Candidates MUST have proven outside sales experience within the home remodeling industry- specifically selling Siding, Roofing, Windows, as well as Kitchens, Baths and Basements. We will provide steady, confirmed and qualified leads typically within a 20-40 mile radius of Union NJ- no cold calling is required. Our company offers proven marketing prepared to keep you busy with qualified leads.
Applicants MUST have outside sales experience with minimum of five years of in-home sales required.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years minimum home improvement sales experience
- Proven professional selling skills
- Experience with Apple Products
- Ability to use our Salesforce CRM
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills
- Strong qualification and closing skills
- Sales, design & project management experience
- Excellent sales record, proficient communication skills, and keen creative design
- Interact directly with clients during and after sales
- Generate and process detailed estimates/proposals
- Must be highly organized, able to multitask, handle several different projects efficiently, and provide exceptional client service
- Strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn our proven sales process
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Overall average annual compensation of Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions : $175,000 to $300000+
- W2 Position- not 1099
