Job Description
As an Outside Sales team member, you will prospect, develop, and qualify leads within your assigned territory. You will use our CRM to identify, prospect, and close new businesswhile consistently meeting weekly sales goals and quotas. Your day will involve cold‑calling, in‑person sales, product demonstrations, negotiations, objection handling, and closing. You will provide customers with solutions to their work apparel needs—including weekly laundry, delivery, repair, replacement, and company branding—helping teams across all industries look professional and be prepared for the Workday™.

- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), intranet/internet, and a contact management system (CMS)
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in business, marketing, communications, or related field
- One year or more of sales experience, preferably in a similar role
- New‑business B2B sales experience

Estimated total compensation ranges from $60,000 to $150,000 per year, based on base salary plus earned commissions.
