Magnolia Home Remodeling Group is a well known and firmly established family owned and operated home remodeling company seeking an in‑home sales position for both Interior and Exterior Remodeling. This full‑time W‑2 outside sales role focuses on developing relationships with pre‑qualified prospective and existing customers.

• Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients and existing customers.
• Generate and process detailed estimates and proposals.
• Use Salesforce CRM to manage leads and opportunities.
• Attend appointments weekdays and evenings as required.

• Minimum 3 years of home improvement sales experience.
• Proven professional selling skills.
• Experience with Apple Products.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM.
• Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills.
• Strong qualification and closing skills.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn proven sales process.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record with reliable vehicle.
• Ability to run appointments weekdays and evenings.

• Base salary plus uncapped commissions (estimated $175,000‑$300,000+).
• W‑2 position (not 1099).
• 401(k) with matching.
