We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team focused on growth within the PACE, Medicaid, waiver, and HCBS markets. This role will report into senior leadership and directly manage a team of 4–5 sales professionals, with responsibility for driving regional performance, coaching team members, and expanding our footprint within the PERS (personal emergency response systems) industry.

This is a critical role for a leader who understands the complexity of selling into Medicaid and HCBS environments and can translate that knowledge into consistent execution and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4–5 sales representatives focused on PACE and Medicaid/HCBS markets
  • Own team performance, including revenue growth, utilization, and regional expansion goals
  • Provide hands‑on coaching, mentorship, and deal support to drive individual and team success
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to align on strategy, priorities, and market opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across PACE organizations, health plans, and HCBS providers
  • Support team in navigating complex sales cycles within Medicaid, waiver, and government‑funded programs
  • Monitor pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and performance metrics to ensure targets are met
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and scaling best practices across the team
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in the PERS industry or closely related healthcare space
  • Strong understanding of PACE, Medicaid, waiver programs, and HCBS environments
  • Proven experience managing and developing sales teams, with a focus on coaching and performance improvement
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth and deliver against revenue targets
  • Deep familiarity with complex, consultative sales cycles in healthcare or government‑funded programs
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills across internal and external stakeholders
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
