Sleep Expert - Sales

Position Overview

The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. The role includes executing Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools and supporting a seamless omnichannel experience. You will create an environment centered on the customer, cultivate strong relationships, and serve as a subject matter expert on technical and product knowledge.

• Execute selling programs using digital tools and ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Create an environment that puts the customer at the center and cultivate strong relationships.
• Provide technical and product knowledge to customers and act as a subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and key performance indicators while demonstrating company values.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Maintain awareness of competitive offerings and market trends.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds as required.

Competitive pay range of $59,000–$66,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities may be available and awarded at the discretion of the Company. Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular time.
