Bilingual Business development Center

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Spanish-Speaking BDC (Business Development Center) Representative to join our dealership team. If you enjoy helping customers, excel at communication, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

• Handle incoming sales and service inquiries by phone, text, email, and online chat
• Follow up with internet leads and previous customers
• Schedule appointments for customers with our sales and service departments
• Build rapport with English- and Spanish-speaking customers
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
• Consistently meet and exceed appointment-setting and sales goals
• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Must have BDC experience in the past
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong phone presence and professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems preferred
• Previous experience in BDC, call center, customer service, sales, or automotive is a plus but not required
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn

Pay: $17-$20 an hr Plus weekly and monthly commission
