Service Drive Coordinator
Subaru is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Service Drive Coordinator to join our team. This position is perfect for someone who loves cars, enjoys speaking with people, providing exceptional customer service, and creating opportunities that benefit our guests. This is not a sales position. Instead, you'll meet with customers during their scheduled service appointments to educate them on current Subaru trade-in values, lease-end options, and special offers that may allow them to upgrade into a newer vehicle with the same or even lower monthly payment.
Your role is to not only identify customers who may benefit from upgrading and introduce them to a member of our sales team, but introduce yourself to each service appointment throughout the day. If you enjoy helping people and building relationships, this is a great opportunity with excellent earning potential.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage with customers while their vehicles are being serviced.
- Speak with every scheduled service customer throughout the day.
- Review trade-in opportunities and current Subaru loyalty programs.
- Explain lease-end options and vehicle upgrade opportunities.
- Identify customers interested in learning more about purchasing or leasing a new Subaru.
- Introduce qualified customers to the appropriate sales consultant.
- Maintain accurate notes and customer interactions in the dealership CRM.
- Work closely with both the Service and Sales Departments to create an outstanding customer experience.
- Provide exceptional hospitality while ensuring every customer feels valued and appreciated.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Passion for customer service and helping people.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Comfortable starting conversations with customers throughout the day.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software.
- Automotive experience is helpful but not required —we will train the right person.
