We are offering a competitive earnings potential of $4,000–$9,000 per month, which includes a base pay plus commission opportunities.

Schedule:

Must be available for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support dealership operations.

We are actively recruiting individuals who possess a strong background in dealership BDC customer retention, vehicle acquisition, or direct automotive sales.

What You'll DoAssist customers throughout the vehicle buying process.

Build strong relationships through excellent customer service.

Deliver a VIP customer experience from Service to Sales.

Follow up with customers before and after the sale.

Identify upgrade, trade-in, and lease renewal opportunities.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and sales leads.

Maintain knowledge of vehicles and dealership services.

Keep customer information updated in the CRM system.

Generate repeat business through strong customer relationships.

Meet individual and team sales goals.

Support customer retention and long-term satisfaction.

What You'll Bring Prior Dealership BDC or customer retention experience highly preferred

Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude

Strong communication and people skills

Customer-focused mindset

Sales experience preferred, but not required

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong follow-up and organizational skills

Valid driver's license with a good driving record

Team player with a willingness to learn and grow Total Rewards Est. Annual Compensation: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 additional bonuses based on individual appointments shown/sold and manufacturer approvability.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
