Night-Shift Alarm Monitoring Specialist

Schedule: 4-day, 12-hour overnight shift with alternating weekends. Overnight or evening hours available.

Pay: $19 an hour plus monthly performance bonus

Located in Union, New Jersey, our state‑of‑the‑art call center facility is the most advanced alarm and emergency monitoring center in the United States. As a Monitoring Associate, you will help our high‑profile and elite clienteles all over the country protect their properties.

• Provide high‑quality customer service to our clients in order to maintain high overall customer satisfaction while answering and addressing real‑time alarms
• Assist customers with troubleshooting, technical support, security installation, and other account maintenance issues
• Adhere to regulations and protocols governing alarm and emergency response procedures, ensuring compliance at all times
• Coordinate cross‑functionally with other departments, when necessary
• Utilize multiple tools and systems to provide the best solutions for customers

• 1+ years of experience in customer service or call center environment
• Comfortable using a computer and modern technology
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced high volume call center environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented and strong desire to help others
• Access to reliable transportation
