HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking an experienced Union HVAC Service Technician with a minimum of 5 years of field experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and servicing HVAC equipment. This role is ideal for a technician who is confident working independently, communicates professionally with customers, and takes pride in delivering top-tier service.

In this role, you will be expected to:

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems efficiently
• Perform preventive maintenance and service repairs
• Identify system issues and recommend solutions or repairs
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members
• Document service work performed and parts used
• Follow all safety standards, codes, and job requirements
• Maintain professional appearance and customer service standards
• Work independently and support team needs as required

Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC service experience
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Strong communication and professionalism with customers
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (role dependent)
• Commitment to safety, quality, and jobsite professionalism
• Experience with commercial and/or residential service (depending on your operation)
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
• Experience with modern diagnostic tools and documentation systems
