- Strong residential plumbing knowledge — you’ve been running service calls and diagnosing real problems in real homes.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and local codes.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Fluent in English.
You’ll run residential plumbing service and repair calls — including the tough ones. You’ll diagnose issues, present honest options, and build relationships with customers who call back and ask for you by name.
Day to day, that means:
- Diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues across a range of systems.
- Spotting potential problems early to prevent callbacks and breakdowns.
- Walking homeowners through their options — repair vs. replace, financing, service agreements — so they can make an informed decision.
- Owning your numbers. You’ll know your metrics and hold yourself accountable for hitting revenue and service goals.

PhysicalDemands / Working Conditions
All trades and warehouse departments. To perform the duties of this job, you are regularly expected to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop, use hands to reach and lift, climb ladders, and work in hot or cold environments such as crawl spaces. You will regularly lift 50+ pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work—you will be expected to be outside throughout multiple seasons.
