We invite full-time Residential HVAC Service Technicians to join our team in Union, NJ.

- You’re comfortable with technology — Service Titan, iPads, digital invoicing. It’s part of the job.
- You know how to talk to homeowners. You can sit at a kitchen table, explain the options, and help someone make the right call for their home and budget.
- You hold yourself to a standard. You track your numbers because you care about being good at this.
- Strong residential HVAC knowledge — you’ve been running service calls and diagnosing real problems in real homes.
- Solid understanding of safety regulations and local codes.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Fluent in English.
You’ll run residential HVAC service and repair calls — including the tough ones. You’ll diagnose issues, present honest options, and build relationships with customers who call back and ask for you by name.
- Diagnosing and resolving HVAC issues across a range of equipment — furnaces, heat pumps, mini‑splits, central A/C, boilers.
- Spotting potential problems early to prevent callbacks and breakdowns.
- Walking homeowners through their options — repair vs. replace, financing, service agreements — so they can make an informed decision.
- Owning your numbers. You’ll know your metrics and hold yourself accountable for hitting revenue and service goals.

PhysicalDemands/Working Conditions
To perform the duties of this job, you are regularly expected to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop, hand controls, hear, and talk. You must be able to reach with your hands and arms, climb ladders, and work in hot/cold environments such as crawl spaces. You will regularly lift 50+ pounds. Specific vision abilities required: close vision and ability to adjust focus.
The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work – you will be expected to be outside throughout multiple seasons.
