- Run residential service and repair calls with a focus on accurate diagnostics and quality work.
- Troubleshoot and repair furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, central A/C, and boilers.
- Proactively spot issues to reduce callbacks and prevent equipment failures.
- Present clear, honest options: repair vs. replace, financing, and service agreements.
- Use Service Titan on an iPad and complete digital estimates/invoices.
- Track and meet revenue and service KPIs.
- Experienced in residential HVAC with a history of successful in-home service calls.
- Comfortable with technology:
Service Titan, iPads, and digital paperwork. - Excellent communicator who builds trust with homeowners.
- Accountable, detail-oriented, and driven to do the job right.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and local codes.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Fluent in English.
- Regular standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, and ladder use; frequent hand/arm use, hearing, and speaking.
- Work in hot/cold conditions including crawl spaces; lift 50+ pounds.
- Close vision and ability to adjust focus required.
- Outdoor work across multiple seasons as jobs demand.
