Do you want to be part of a company that is committed to giving back to the community?

Roadside Service Tech Flatbed

Flatbed Technicians are responsible for providing safe and best in class roadside solutions for AAA members while ensuring positive member experiences in a tow vehicle or flatbed vehicle. Flatbed Technicians respond to member requests for service within a given ETA (estimated time of arrival), ensuring personal safety, member safety, and vehicle security. They educate members on possible issues, provide jump starts, replace flat tires, present vehicle entries and other related services.

When possible, they provide minor mechanical assistance to get the vehicle on the go; if unsuccessful, they tow disabled vehicles to repair facilities or other member requested destinations. They promote AAA products and services and ensure complete resolution of member issues. Flatbed Technicians achieve club performance standards for go rates and membership satisfaction.

Compensation

Pay range: $21.50 - $25.75 per hour. Base pay may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, shift differentials and experience. Annual bonuses and additional incentives are available. Employees may participate in medical, dental, vision, wellness, financial (6% 401k match) and other benefits.

Additional $2.75 per hour overnight shift differential on hours worked between 10pm and 6am.

Additional $1.75 per hour evening shift differential on hours worked between 6pm and 10pm.

Additional $1 per hour shift differential for working weekend hours. Differentials can be combined.
