Compensation and Benefits- $2,000 bonus after 6 months — paid 30 days later

- Set up traffic signs and cones
- Direct vehicles safely through work zones
- Communicate with crews using radios and signals
- Monitor for hazards and protect team members
- Occasionally drive company vehicles
- A valid driver’s license (required)
- A reliable vehicle (required)
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Comfortable standing 8–12 hours in all weather
Traffic Plan is a certified women business enterprise operating in New Jersey that provides expert traffic safety solutions in accordance with the MUTCD. From designing and submitting traffic plan requests to jobsite set up and maintenance of traffic in and around construction sites, you can count on Traffic Plan to protect your workers, equipment and the general public in a safe and professional manner.
Traffic Plan also offers the sale and rental of traffic control equipment, including attenuator trucks, message and arrow boards, traffic drums, construction signs, barricades, barrels and cones.
