You’ll turn data into insights, support decision-making, and help remove barriers that impact customer delivery and business performance.
This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced role ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working across teams, and driving meaningful business outcomes.
** The anticipated start date for this position is January 2027.

* Duties & Responsibilities:
*** Support and optimize end‐to‐end business operations across a highly collaborative, cross‐functional environment, helping ensure alignment between planning, supply chain, delivery, and operational execution.
* Act as a key connector across teams by coordinating day‐to‐day operations, improving visibility into priorities, commitments, and performance, and reinforcing accountability across the organization.
* Own and support key operating rhythms, including KPI reviews, performance reporting, and action tracking, enabling leaders and teams to make data‐informed, customer‐centric decisions.
* Analyze operational data across areas such as demand and supply alignment, order execution and delivery performance, inventory and material readiness, and service‐level metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that improve business performance and customer outcomes.
* Partner closely with teams including Supply Chain & Planning, Manufacturing and Operations, Quality & Engineering, Finance and Commercial teams, and EMS partners through Global Operations to drive coordinated execution.
* Help resolve issues, remove roadblocks, and ensure teams remain aligned to deliver against customer and business objectives in an agile and effective manner.
* Serve as a liaison between functions, promoting clear communication, shared understanding, and ownership of outcomes.
* Identify inefficiencies and bring awareness to opportunities to streamline workflows, improve consistency, and strengthen operational execution.
* Support the development and maintenance of standard work, SOPs, process documentation, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
* Participate in or lead continuous improvement initiatives that support innovative ways of working across complex operations.
* Contribute to forecasting, prioritization, and planning activities, including execution of the UCDP process by validating inputs, highlighting constraints, and surfacing trade‐offs.
* Provide leadership with clear summaries of performance, risks, constraints, and opportunities, enabling timely and transparent decision‐making.
* Learn and develop a strong understanding of SOPs, playbooks, dashboards, reporting tools, and training materials to support consistent execution.
* Proactively identify risks that could impact delivery, cost, or customer outcomes, escalating issues early with clear impact assessments and recommendations.
* Track actions through resolution to ensure commitments are met and results are delivered predictably.
** Required
Skills & Experience:
*** Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years of experience in business operations, supply chain, planning, or a related role within a fast‐paced, technology‐enabled environment.
