Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
We are currently looking for compassionate, energetic, and dedicated South Carolina Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team!
What We Offer:Competitive wages based on experience: $25.00 - $27.75/hr (plus shift differentials!)
12-Hour Shifts Available
- Days: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Nights: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You'll Do:Provide direct nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately
Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Help create a safe, comfortable, and caring environment for residents
Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
What We're Looking For:Active and unencumbered South Carolina LPN License
Current CPR Certification
Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
Strong clinical and communication skills
Compassion, reliability, and a commitment to providing exceptional resident care
Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
