ReGenesis Health Care, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our clinical team in Union, South Carolina
.

This is an excellent opportunity for an advanced practice provider who is passionate about primary care, preventive medicine, and improving access to healthcare for underserved communities
. The provider will deliver comprehensive primary care and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services while working as part of a collaborative, mission-driven healthcare team.

As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will:

• Provide comprehensive primary and preventive healthcare to diverse patient populations.
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute illnesses and injuries.
• Manage chronic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Order, perform, and interpret appropriate laboratory tests and diagnostic studies.
• Prescribe medications and evidence-based treatments within your scope of practice.
• Provide Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) and ongoing care for patients with substance use disorders.
• Educate patients regarding disease prevention, treatment plans, medications, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Coordinate referrals and collaborate with physicians, behavioral health professionals, nursing staff, pharmacy, and other members of the care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Follow established clinical protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform appropriate in-office procedures based on training, competency, and scope of practice, which may include Pap smears, IUD/Nexplanon placement, biopsies, joint injections, nail removals, suturing, wart cryotherapy, and incision and drainage.

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Current or eligible for South Carolina licensure as an APRN/Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant clinical experience
• Experience or demonstrated competency in providing Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
• Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and patient-management skills
• Ability to effectively use an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Excellent communication, documentation, and patient-education skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care to medically underserved populations
