Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or related field; OR Associate degree with quality systems experience
- Experience in manufacturing and quality systems management
- IATF 16949 Certified Lead Auditor
- VDA 6.3 Certified Auditor
- VDA 6.5 Certified Auditor
- Strong knowledge of quality systems and manufacturing processes
- Experience with CAPA systems and supplier quality management
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and root cause analysis skills
- Strong Excel and technical report-writing capabilities
- Proven ability to lead change and drive continuous improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and process discipline
