Juvenile Detention Officer

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or vendors by following access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location;
Monitor entrances, verify identification and/or credentials, screen incoming and outgoing traffic, and document authorized access in accordance with post orders and security-related protocols;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate channels when needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around designated buildings, entry points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions;
Prepare clear, accurate reports of daily activities, access events, and incident observations, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and/or onsite personnel
