Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and authorized personnel by following access control procedures;
Monitor entrances, screen and verify credentials, manage visitor access, and document arrivals, departures, and other security-related activity;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to site contacts and/or leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns;
Support entry control operations by maintaining awareness of restricted areas, helping to enforce movement throughout the location, and communicating clearly with staff and/or visitors
