Overview

Health Plus Management is seeking a dedicated and self-motivated Clerical Associate for an entry-level, office-based position. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and process daily incoming mail from the post office and third-party packaging companies.
  • Efficiently sort and collate correspondence.
  • Prepare check deposits for the reconciliation department.
  • Accurately file and fax necessary documents.
  • Maintain integrity and discretion when handling sensitive client details.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support team operations.
Skills & Abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficient in proper time management.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk while working on a computer.
  • Capable of lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.

$17-18 per hour
