Qualifications:

Previous experience in office management or administrative support, preferably in a landscaping or construction environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Great verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Quick Books, Excel, Payroll processing and familiarity with project management tools.

Description:

Manage Office Operations:
Organize and maintain office schedules, communications, and workflows.

Client Communication:
First source of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, and coordinating services.

Scheduling & Coordination:
Coordinate appointments and daily schedule with landscaping crews.

Invoicing & Billing:
Prepare and process invoices, track payments, and handle billing inquiries.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package commensurate with experience. The salary range for this position is $50,000 - $60,000 per year depending on prior experience.
