Position OverviewCullen & Dykman LLP is seeking a full‑time Records Clerk to join our Uniondale office. This is an in‑person position responsible for maintaining the firm's physical records, responding to file requests, and supporting day‑to‑day records management operations.
Responsibilities- Open, organize, and maintain client and administrative files.
- Retrieve and process file requests in a timely manner.
- Coordinate the storage and retrieval of records with off‑site storage vendors.
- Enter and maintain records information in the firm's records management system.
- Organize, label, and move files and boxes as needed.
- Assist with other records management and administrative projects as assigned.
- Minimum of 2 years of records, file room, or administrative experience in a professional office environment.
- Experience working with alpha‑numeric filing systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate professionally with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to lift and move file boxes as needed.

The salary range for this role is $40,000 – $45,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and relevant experience.
