Engineering Lab Manager is required to support the assembly/alignment/testing of RF/Microwave electronic component assemblies starting with PC sub‑assemblies to modules to system integration.
Parts/Material/Process program requirements. Top level system test requirements including Thermal Cycling, Thermal Vacuum, Vibration, Shock and EMI testing.
Failure reports (if required) Discrepant Material Report (DMR) Recovery Test Plans. Engineering change notices for customer review and internal component updates. End Item Data Packages for submittal to customer for review and acceptance Data management (storage and maintaining of test data for company review and accessibility).
