Account Manager

Overview

Hybrid opportunity requiring onsite presence in New York City 1 to 4 days per week. The 401(k)/Retirement Plan Account Manager leads a portfolio of plan sponsors, managing workflow and communications for Trustees and Participants while ensuring compliance with ERISA and fiduciary responsibilities.

• Manage workflows and communications for retirement plan Trustees and Participants
• Develop analysis on retirement options and performance
• Prepare client presentations and reporting
• Attend client enrollment and ongoing support meetings
• Serve as primary contact for assigned plan sponsors
• Act as liaison between plan sponsors and internal groups
• Promote customer satisfaction through effective service delivery
• Respond promptly and effectively to all plan sponsor inquiries and requests, including plan amendments
• Understand product, systems, and applicable IRS and DOL regulations
• Assist with compliance testing

• 2+ years of experience servicing 401(k) and retirement plans
• 4‑year Bachelor's degree
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of ERISA regulations and fiduciary responsibilities
• Ability to manage multiple client portfolios simultaneously

Base pay range: $84,200 – $120,000 annually. Total compensation includes medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement savings, paid time off, and paid holidays for eligible employees. Actual base pay may vary based on location, education, and experience.
