Senior Specialist, Production Services Infrastructure Support Analyst
Position SummaryThis role is located in Boston. The successful individual will protect critical information, systems, and assets, build solutions, implement new software and hardware, provide training, and assist in the development of an overall IT strategy.
Responsibilities- Empower breakthrough innovations, take ownership, lead initiatives.
- Participate in all aspects of web, database, and application server life‑cycles; installing new hardware and operating systems, supporting existing servers and platforms, applying bug and security patching, performance monitoring and tuning, break/fix troubleshooting, and retirement or upgrade of older hardware and platforms.
- Diagnose and resolve problems quickly; communicate with interdisciplinary teams and users; ensure technology infrastructure runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Strong experience in Linux administration with excellent administration and troubleshooting skills. Red Hat engineer certification (RHCE) a plus. Overall 5‑7 years of experience.
- Strong experience in Windows administration with excellent administration and troubleshooting skills with Windows server 2012/2016/2019.
- Experience in VMware administration – responsible for day‑to‑day management of VMs, installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, patching, backup and recovery.
- Experience in SAN / NAS Storage administration – SAN zoning, SAN migration (EMC advantage).
- Experience in Backup administration – Data Domain, Net Backup.
- Experience with Shell / Power Shell / Python scripting

. - Exposure and experience with Azure / VMware / Oracle Cloud

CompensationThe base salary is expected to be between $69,000 and $185,000 per year ary will be determined individually based on experience and market location, and is only part of the total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long‑term incentive packages, and company‑sponsored benefit programs.
Employment TermsThis position is at‑will and the Company reserves the right to modify base or any other discretionary payment or compensation at any time.
