Tasks- Support LTCS Logistics Process Center with FTZ‑related logistics processes, including material admissions, removals, transfers, inventory control, and compliance documentation
- Assist in mapping current‑state vs. future‑state processes to align USA warehouse operations with FTZ regulatory requirements
- Prepare and review FTZ‑related documentation, including CBP procedures manuals, SOPs, work instructions, and recordkeeping requirements
- Use Logistics Management Systems and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools to perform processes root cause analysis and suggest solutions to streamline processes
- Support the end‑to‑end FTZ activation project, including planning, execution, and post‑go‑live stabilization
- Prepare presentations and executive summaries
- All other duties as assigned or required
- Bachelor’s degree required
- +1 year of professional experience required
- Internship experience desirable
- Fluency in English language required
- German language desirable
- Knowledge in project management, import/export and/or logistics
- Excellent knowledge in Excel/Word/Access/PowerPoint/Visio
- Knowledge of various LTCS/LHT systems, such as SAP, ProX, O365 etc. are desirable
- Excellent use of email, internet, and other computer tools
