Description:

• Join a dynamic healthcare team providing essential care in Internal Medicine.

• This contract position, based in Uniondale, requires a dedicated Registered Nurse to deliver primary care, including patient assessment, treatment, and care planning.

• The role involves a standard weekday schedule, ensuring comprehensive patient support and collaboration with healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• Provide primary care including assessment, treatment, and care planning.

• Support implementation of organizational programs and procedures.

• Collect and analyze data to adjust processes as needed.

• Maintain licensure and engage in ongoing education.

• Educate and support patients in self-care management.

• Coordinate outpatient work-ups and treatment plans.

• Monitor and document patient status while awaiting transport.

Qualifications:

• Completion of nursing training from an accredited school.

• Current New York county Registered Nurse license.

• 1-2 years of experience in Medical Practice/Primary Care, Med-Surg, ER, or Occupational Health.
