AHRC Nassau is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse for the Day Hab program in East Meadow. The LPN will work Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, providing health counseling, medication administration, and medical oversight under RN/MD supervision.
Responsibilities include direct care, transport supervision, and completing Daily Records and program notes to ensure quality, person-centered services for volunteers in the Day Hab setting.
